PLAY & WORK This program is geared toward supporting and empowering our young girls/women in sports and the creative economy by promoting safe work and play spaces. The program’s main goal is to give our young girls/women an opportunity to excel in sports and art in a free and safe space.
Expected outcomes
- Encourage more girls in sports and creative industry as a life career.
- Developing a code of ethics for sports and art facilities;
- Implementation of prevention and awareness programs in sports and art centers;
- The creation of training and formations including the theme of sexual harassment for the professionals working in sports/art centers (coaches, medics, directors, etc);
- Adopt a system that will take further steps and more discipline-specific actions (e.g. establishment of rules of good conduct for all involved.
